Interactive Wall Competition

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of the competition is Otomys Software Solution (Pty) Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”.
2. The promotional competition is open to all permanent South African residents and citizens in possession of a valid South African identity document and who are over the age of 18 years.
3. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Otomys Software Solution (Pty) Ltd. or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion may participate.
4. The promotion commences on 25 October 2022 and ends at 14H00 on 27 October 2022. No late entries will be accepted.

To qualify for this promotion, participants will be required to:

5. Take part in the Pod.vet Interactive wall Competition. Guess the animal our artist is creating using binary code to stand a chance to win one of many prizes. To qualify for the prize, you must answer correctly.

Prize Breakdown:

• 3 months Free access to the new Pod.vet software when it is launched in 2023
• Spot Prizes

6. Contestants must reside in South Africa.
7. The offer is limited to 9 prize winners only (Three a day).
8. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 7 – 10 working days.
9. The winner will be contacted via telephone and receive a direct message from the Pod.vet exhibitor team, confirming receipt of their entry and the prize details.
10. The winner will be required to be available for collection of the delivery of items mentioned in point 5 above.
11. The prize may not be converted/exchanged for cash.
12. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Only one entry per person per.
14. The Promoter and Brand Factor (Pty) Ltd may reserve the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, frequently falsifying data.
15. In the event that the promotional offer is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the offer, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer of equal value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken by the Participants for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without remuneration being made payable to the Participants. However, the Participant has the right to object to these images being used by written notification to the Promoter at 266 Ohrtmann Road, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, 3201. Attention Ishvar Hurbans.
17. The Promoter, Brand Factor (Pty) Ltd and participating agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage the participants may suffer as a result of participating in this promotion. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
18. The right of admission into this promotion lies solely with the Promoter and is non-negotiable.
19. By participating in this competition, participants agree to receive future marketing material from Pod.vet. However, the participant has the right to unsubscribe to receiving material by opting out from the communication message.
20. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.
21. If the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours of the day of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.
22. The winner consents to the collection, processing and storage of Personal Information by the Promoter related to Data Subjects, for the purposes of the competition.
23. The Promoter undertakes to act in accordance with POPI Act in relation to the collection, processing and storing of Personal Information related to the Customer. A copy of the Promoters POPI Act is available on www.willowtongroup.com
